Circular Materials: Maximizing Resource Efficiency

In the past, production residues such as cotton waste, plastic scraps, and by-products from the cotton spinning process were often disposed of through incineration or landfill, contributing to CO₂ emissions and other greenhouse gases. At PPPI, we believe that every resource has value. By embracing the principles of a circular economy, we transform production by-products into valuable resources and give materials a second life.

Recycling Cotton By-products
We utilize comber noil, a by-product of the cotton spinning process, as a primary raw material for manufacturing dry cotton pads, maximizing resource efficiency while reducing waste.

Reusing Cotton and Plastic Waste
Clean cotton and plastic residues generated during our manufacturing process are collected and recycled back into production, minimizing waste and reducing the consumption of virgin materials.

Reducing Chemical Usage
We have replaced conventional alkaline chemicals with natural enzymes that are safer for people and more environmentally friendly, helping to reduce our environmental footprint.

Developing Waste-Reducing Products
PPPI has developed biodegradable paper cotton buds to help reduce plastic waste and support a more sustainable future.
